L-2 helps clear damp and heat toxins in the liver. It helps clear liver bacterial infections caused by low virulence gram negative bacteria.
L-3 also helps clear liver damp and heat toxins and liver bacterial infections caused by gram negative bacteria.
Bacteria from the digestive tract can get into the portal vein when the digestive lining is inflamed or has structural deficiencies. They can infect the liver through the portal vein circulation and cause liver inflammation. Because low virulence bacteria are not actively reproducing, antibiotic treatments which target bacterial cell wall, protein or DNA synthesis are not very effective. However, over time, infection by low virulence gram negative bacteria can cause liver tissue damage affecting liver function and lead to chronic liver diseases.
L-2 helps clear the bacteria in the liver. Brown and LC Balancer are also required to nurture the liver and repair liver damage. Some strains of gram negative bacteria may survive after the use of L-2, and L-3 will be recommended as the backup. Compared to L-2 which consists of 13 different Chinese herbs which cover a broad spectrum of the gram-negative bacteria, L-3 consists of only three Chinese herbs and is more specific toward certain strains of gram negative bacteria that infects the liver. Patients should experience symptom improvement in 1 week. 2-4 weeks of treatment is required to have significant improvement and sustained results.
