Typical Regimen. Typically, for use with the HCL Detox Program, take 2 Vcaps of Premier HCL Activator and 2 Vcaps of Premier Betaine HCL with 1/4 cup purified water. Take this HCL combo, 3 times daily, typically after a meal.

After a few days, you can begin taking the HCL combo 2 to 3 times daily, after meals.
