G-2 helps clear damp heat toxins in the gallbladder. It helps clear gallbladder infections caused by low virulent gram negative bacteria. The infection can come from the liver bile duct together with the bile juice or from the digestive tract directly.

The infection can cause chronic gallbaldder inflammation. For low virulence bacteria, because they are not actively reproducing, antibiotics which taget the bacteria cellwall, protein or DNA synthesis are not effective.
