Estromin formula helps manage the blood and regulates mensturation. It nurtures the female reproductive organs and helps improve and rebalance female hormone production including estrogen and progesterone. Brown and LC Balanceer are also recommended to improve liver function to support the hormonal balancing activities.
1. Female Hormone Imbalance, Irregular Period, PMS, PMDD and Menopause Menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining accompanied by bleeding. It occurs in approximately monthly cycles throughout a woman's reproductive life, except during pregnancy. The menstrual cycle begins with the first day of bleeding, which is counted as day 1. The cycle ends just before the next menstrual period. Menstrual cycles normally range from about 25 to 36 days. The bleeding lasts 3 to 7 days, averaging 5 days.
A female’s monthly cycle is regulated by the complex interaction of four hormones including progesterone, follicle estrogen, stimulating hormone (FSH) and lutenising hormone (LH). FSH and LH are produced by the pituitary gland. They promote ovulation and stimulate the ovaries to produce the female sex hormones, estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen and progesterone stimulate the uterus and breasts to prepare for possible fertilization. The menstrual cycle has three phases: Follicular (before release of the egg), Ovulatory (egg release) and Luteal (after egg release).
The regular cycle requires precise levels of the hormones. An imbalance can arise if there is too much or too little of one or more these hormones. Even a minor imbalance or changes in the level of the estrogen and progesterone can cause significant effects with the menstrual cycle and disrupt the normal pattern of the period. Patients may experience an irregular period or infrequent period, amenorrhea or loss of period as well as abnormal or functional uterine bleeding.
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) describes the physical and emotional changes that occur each cycle caused by the decreseing levels of estrogen and progesterone hormones after ovulation. PMS has a wide variety of signs and symptoms, including mood swings, tender breasts, food cravings, fatigue, irritability and depression. It's estimated that as many as 3 of every 4 menstruating women have experienced some form of premenstrual syndromes ranging from just slightly noticeable symptoms to intense.
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe, often disabling extension of PMS. In PMDD, the estrogen and progesterone hormone drop is very significant which may cause more severe symptoms including severe irritability, severe mood swings, depression, or anxiety in the week or two before the period starts, as well as heavy cramping and bleeding with each menses.
In addition, estrogen and progesterone can alter the production or effectiveness of serotonin, the neurotransmitter that makes people "feel good". Serotonin is important for regulating many functions, including mood, sleep, and appetite. Serotonin also influences cognition, how people acquire, process, and perceive information from the environment. Estrogen promotes the positive effects of serotonin. An exaggerated drop in serotonin levels and effectiveness in women with PMDD cause depressed mood, food cravings, and impaired cognitive function.
Most women reach menopause, defined as having a year without a period, in their early 50s. Perimenopause is the period before menopause and it can last a decade or so. In the last one to two years of perimenopause, the drop in estrogen accelerates and menstrual bleeding becomes erratic. At this stage, many women may experience menopause symptoms including hot flashes, depression, and other symptoms such as insomnia, irritability, mood swing, vaginal dryness, urinary urgency and dry skin, dry eyes or dry mouth.
New research shows that women who suffer from PMS are likely to have a harder time later in life during the transition to menopause. Women with PMS tend to be especially sensitive to fluctuating hormones and experience more severe symptoms during perimenopause. If a woman has bad PMS in her younger years, it is a good predictor of bad perimenopause. Perimenopause is especially troubling for women who are sensitive. Research has shown that the women with PMS at enrollment were twice as likely to report hot flashes during the study period, and slightly more than twice as likely to report having symptoms of depression.1 Women with PMS were also 50% more likely to report problems with sexual desire and 72% more likely to report problems sleeping.
Estromin nurtures the female reproductive organs and helps improve and rebalance female hormone production including estrogen and progesterone. Patients will experience symptom improvement within 2 weeks. Depending on the severity of the condition 1-3 months is recommended for significant improvement.
For patients suffering from symptoms of menopause, Brown, LC Balancer, Xcel, and Formula C are also required.
2. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome involves enlarged ovaries that contain small cysts filled with fluid and fail to regularly release eggs. The condition is caused by a hormonal disorder. Patients may experience irregular periods or loss of period, infrequent or prolonged period. Altough most patients are asymptomatic, some patients may have pelvic pain. Weight gain or obesity is another common symptom.
Estromin helps improve the hormone production and balance the female hormones. Used in combination with MayMay, Brown and LC Balancer, it helps improve polycystic ovarian syndrome. MayMay helps warm up the uterus and remove coldness from the uterus. It enhances blood flow to the uterus and ovaries to improve their metabolism and helps dissolve scars and cyst. Patients can experience symptoms improvement in 3 weeks with less pain in the pelvid. As they continue the protocol, the quality of the period will be further inmproved. A total of 3 months of treatment is required to have significant and sustained results. Weislim is recommended to help reduce weight.
