Anginen helps remove heart blood stasis. It helps dissolve scar and fibrotic tissue in the cardiac muscle and coronary arteries. The cause of the scar can be injury or mycobacterial infection, such as Chlamydia pneumoniae and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. When the immune system can’t get rid of the mycobacterial infection, it will produce fibroblast to wrap the infection causing a granuloma formation. The scar can interfere with blood flow to the heart, electrical signaling, cardiac muscle contraction and heart valve problems resulting in angina, chest pain, irregular heart beat and Atrial fibrillation.
